Music mogul Dr. Dre wants the hip-hop world to relax. The rap icon has come forward to update concerned fans about his well-being after being hospitalized in California.
Dr Dre Speaks From Hospital
The Doc went to his Instagram page to share a much-needed statement. Dre saluted everyone reaching out and vowed to soon return to his residence.
“Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!”
Dr. Dre Hospitalized In Los Angeles
According to reports, Dr. Dre was brought to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after suffering a brain aneurysm. He’s reportedly in stable condition and awake but doctors are running tests to see the origin of the aneurysm and why it happened.
Sources connected to Dre and with direct knowledge tell us, Dre suffered the aneurysm Monday and was rushed by ambulance to Cedars and was taken directly to ICU, where he remains Tuesday. Our sources say the 55-year-old music mogul is stable and lucid, but doctors don’t know what caused the bleeding and they are doing a battery of tests. (TMZ)

Dr. Dre + Nicole Young Spend A Night Together
Veteran producer Dr. Dre might not entirely be moved from estranged wife Nicole Young yet. New reports have come out and reveal they had an intimate night together a little while after their publicized separation.
“Nicole moved out of the family residence in or about March or early April 2020 We continued to speak, socialize and to see each other thereafter. While Nicole now says she was afraid of me, for our wedding anniversary on May 25 2020, Nicole invited me to dinner at my Malibu residences where she was living. I accepted this invitation. We celebrated our anniversary and we had dinner together and I spent the night with her. She was not and is not afraid of me and her allegations to the contrary are pure fabrication created post-divorce filing… Her recent assertions of fear or abuse and having been coerced or controlled by me are not supported by any evidence other than her say-so and are not credible to anyone who has ever encountered my wife or seen us together.” (Dr. Dre’s 189-page filing, per the Daily Mail)
The Doc’s Estranged Wife Spending Too Much?
The West Coast rap icon is in the middle of a divorce case, and of course money is a huge point of contention. Dre’s legal team claims his soon-to-be ex-wife Nicole Young is spending a lot more than she can get in spousal support. It’s been widely reported that Nicole Young is seeking $2 million per month in her pending divorce from hip-hop mogul Dr. Dre. He’s produced a prenup that says she is entitled to some spousal support — but much less than the $290,000 per month she’s allegedly been spending and definitely nowhere near $2 million.
