The wife of rapper DMX has reportedly announced plans to release a tell-all book called Strength of a Woman addressing her life with the former Def Jam Records artist.

According to reports, the book will offer readers an inside look at her life with X.

Representatives for Tashera Simmons have confirmed with that a tell-all book titled Strength of Woman is in the process of revealing a “not so glamorous life” in the autobiographical work. “She will be talking about her experience with her family and trying to hold them together through the DMX journey,” a representative for Tashera said. “Her story is a stellar, heart wrecking, powerful, firsthand account of survival and family strength in a chaotic life and the fame that came with that life.” (All Hip Hop)

The baby mother of rapper Rick Ross also released a tell-all book last year.

Shown as a “ Exclusive,” Tia’s Diary: Deeper Than Rap is displayed as an image showing one of Ross’ baby’s mothers, Tia Kemp, with a “Coming May 2009” release date. Along with a backdrop of an open journal, there are also images of Tia and 50, her and Ross along with an older image of Ross during his earlier days surrounded by a small entourage. “I am hearing that she has lots of crazy stories that she’s anxious to share with the world,” hip-hop personality Miss Info wrote via her site. “Yeesh….remind me never to get my baby mama mad.” (Miss Info)

X was recently billed to perform at a church concert last weekend.

Arizona’s Independence High School — who were to host the performance — backed out, after they realized X was involved. Morning Star Sanctified Church’s Pastor King says that they had everything set to go, even taking out a $1 million insurance policy, but the school just didn’t want to move forward after finding out who the performer was. Independence High School has already agreed to refund the church’s $500 deposit, and now the church will have to refund money to fans who already purchased tickets. However, King says they plan to reschedule the concert. (BallerStatus)

Prior to being canceled, X was also scheduled to make his boxing match debut last December.

Thunder Promotions recently announced that Alabama Pride: Butterbean vs. Tank Abbott is set to take place on December 12 at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham, Alabama. Headlining the event is a heavyweight match-up between Butterbean and Tank Abbott. Thunder Promotions also announced is a celebrity fight between co-headliners rapper DMX and musician Eric Martinez.
