West Coast producer DJ Mustard has come forward to single out a few producers behind hit songs like Iggy Azalea‘s “Fancy” and Jidenna‘s “Classic Man.”

Mustard allegedly went on a mini-rant last night (August 18) in some now-deleted Twitter posts.

To make matters worse, newcomer Jidenna has just recently cashed out on Mustard’s wave with the infectious single titled “Classic Man,” a song that allegedly sampled “Fancy.” Tonight, Mustard went on Twitter to speak his mind about the songs that he felt were “rip offs” of his sound. (Complex)

Aside from this, Mustard has kept busy working on the upcoming NBA 2K16 video game.

2K16’s soundtrack will be comprised of six in-game playlists, including three lists individually curated by each producer, an international “Around the World” playlist, the 2K Classics Mixtape featuring fan favorites from previous 2K titles, and a master playlist that includes all 50 tracks from this year’s selection. DJ Khaled confirmed the major news with a few Instagram posts last month.

Buzz about famous movie director Spike Lee joining the NBA 2K16 team surfaced earlier this summer.

Spike Lee is blending his passion for storytelling with his mania for hoops as the directorial force behind the next version of the popular basketball video game NBA 2K16. The filmmaker’s latest Spike Lee Joint, announced Thursday on the eve of the NBA Finals between Golden State and Cleveland, aims to add realism to the game’s interactive feature, MyCareer, which introduces gamers to the social and business challenges of professional sports. 1. Cuz didn’t Start this style or bring it to main stream, that’s the Bay Sound and I’m from LA!!

  2. DJ Mustard copied his sound from the Bay area. The Bay area had this sound long before DJ Mustard did anything.
