Khaled professed the star-studded LP would be another hip-hop classic.

“Eh yo Ross, congratulations. Today is a big day. Historical day. Your album is in stores right now. God Forgives, I Don’t. It’s another classic. You worked hard. I want you to enjoy your day,” Khaled said. (MMG Vlog)

Newly signed MMG artist Rockie Fresh acknowledged Ross’ consistent album-making ability.

“What’s good, it’s Rockie Fresh. I’m giving a shout-out to my big homie Ricky Rozay. Just dropped his fifth studio album, God Forgives, I Don’t. That’s in stores now. Make sure y’all go get that. It’s definitely a classic, you know what I’m saying? A lot of people don’t make it to their fifth album. So shout-out to Ricky Rozay for making it there.” (MMG Vlog)

Wale placed additional emphasis on Ricky Rozay’s seemingly non-stop work ethic.

“Man, what could I say about Ross? I think the first thing that comes to mind is that I never met a dude who loves to work as much as him. Like an American dude. I feel like he might be African. Jamaican or Haitian. He works like one of us. I never seen a dude that like to work so much and his work ethic is out of control. So much that he jeopardizes his health at times. All respect to Ross.” (MMG Vlog)

Ross’ newest solo offering officially landed in stores Tuesday (July 31).

Throughout his career, Rick Ross has declared himself a “bawse.” On his latest album, “God Forgives, I Don’t,” the Miami rapper continues to live up to his catchphrase, proving he’s one of the top bosses not just in hip-hop, but in music period. His fifth solo album in six years is loaded with undeniable quality tunes, making his new offering his most well-balanced piece of work to date. It’s clear that the burly, bearded Ross – who normally dons black shades – has made strides as a lyricist and storyteller. His husky voice is full of bravado with eloquence that is easy to digest. He stays in his familiar lane, rapping about grimy street life, his large stash of cash, luxury cars, women and his rise from rags to riches. (Huffington Post)
