Diddy has announced that Travis Scott will perform at the Billboard Music Awards.  This will be Scott’s first performance since the Astroworld concert disaster.

Sean” Diddy” Combs has announced on Instagram that rapper Travis Scott will perform at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards.  Diddy says he made the demand of TV network NBC, which will air the awards show this Sunday.

“For the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday I made a request, I made a demand that Travis Scott has to perform with Diddy executive producing the show and NBC said yes.”

Last month, SeanDiddyCombs announced he will be hosting and executive producing the upcoming  2022 Billboard Music Awards this Sunday.  Combs is promising to bring the “Love” back to award shows.

The music mogul, producer, and rapper, also known as “Love,” took to Instagram to make the announcement.  In the video, Diddy is noticeably excited to be returning to the music scene.  Hyping up the announcement the music mogul lets fans know there’s no host like him in Billboard history. 

“Ain’t no party like a Diddy party, This will be unlike any awards show — I’m bringing the love and setting the frequency at an all-time high.”

Travis Back On Stage

Travis Scott has been in high demand, with a slate of performances scheduled in coming weeks. He has also been booked to headline two festivals later this year in South America. The Primavera Sound Santiago De Chile on November 13, 2022, and Primavera Sound Sao Paulo on November 6, 2022.

In other Travis news, he recently rolled out the promotion for his upcoming album, Utopia, with billboards in California. Fans are hyped to see what Travis’ redemptive album release will sound like. The rapper’s return to the spotlight is underway with the eye-catching rollout of massive billboards in California for his long-awaited album, Utopia. This would be the “Sicko Mode” rapper’s first album in four years and his fourth album overall. His last album was Astroworld.
