Bad Boy Records’ CEO Diddy isn’t taking the blame for everyone mad at him for making French Montana and Fabolous fade to black. The hip-hop mogul has addressed the now-infamous edited JAY-Z, Kendrick Lamar and Nas pic.
In a new “Ellen” show interview, Puff Daddy admitted one of his assistants intentionally cropped out the two rap heavyweights without his knowledge.
“I take a lot of pictures with a lot of different celebrities ‘cos we’re all just family and stuff. And sometimes my photography editor, he doesn’t let me know when he’s taking people out of the pictures. … There were people that were taken away that didn’t deserve to be taken away, I had nothing to do with it. It was just this young kid that works for me, he wanted a picture of Jay-Z, Nas, and Kendrick.” (“Ellen”)
A few days ago, Fabolous low-key acknowledged Diddy’s sneaky craftsmanship.
In late January, Diddy caught some serious attention after appearing to intentionally edit out Fab and French.
