G.O.O.D. Music affiliate 2 Chainz has reportedly won his publicized $5 million case against a woman who claimed he damaged her image.

According to reports, a federal North Carolina judge has dismissed victim Christine Chisholm‘s hefty suit.

As we’ve reported, she sued Mr. Chainz for $5 million after he called her a “THOT” — short for “that ho over there” — repeatedly in a now infamous video of her backstage. The clip went viral, naturally. In his ruling, the judge said calling someone a “THOT” does not rise to the level of “extreme or outrageous conduct.” (TMZ)

Back in August, Christine spoke out on the publicized lawsuit.

“I can’t go in public,” she said. “It’s messed up my relationships. I’m not going to lie and say it hasn’t. If I’m dating a guy or something like that, and he finds out that – about what happened, then the calls stop coming in, stuff like that.” She said she has just one thing she would say to 2Chainz if she were to see him again. “If I could see 2 Chainz, like I would just be like, “Where’s my money?” she said. Past reports claimed the victim had a long history with law enforcement.

Chisholm, 26, was convicted of drunk driving at least twice following DWI incidents that occurred just three months apart in late 2011 and early 2012, according to the Mecklenburg County Sheriffs Department. The woman was arrested last year for second-degree trespass, and in 2013 was popped for assaulting a public transit operator, shoplifting and violating probation. (Bossip)

Chainz re-posted the big legal story on his Twitter page last summer.
