Former WWE star Chyna reportedly passed away at least 24 hours before law enforcement found her this week.

Despite the speculation, Chyna did not leave a suicide note when police found her body.

Law enforcement sources tell us there was no suicide note left in her Redondo Beach, CA home. We’re also told it appears the WWE legend had passed away a “day or two” prior to Wednesday evening … when a friend found her body. The last known contact she had with anyone happened on Sunday evening. (TMZ)

Slaughterhouse’s Royce Da 5’9 paid homage to Chyna on Twitter.

The WWE immediately issued a statement on the ex-wrestler’s legacy once the news went viral.

“WWE is saddened to learn of reports that Joanie Laurer, best known for competing in WWE as Chyna, has passed away,” the WWE said to ET in a statement. “A physically striking and talented performer, Chyna was a true sports-entertainment pioneer. Not only was the Superstar dubbed ‘The Ninth Wonder of the World’ a founding member of the groundbreaking faction D-Generation X, but she also holds the distinction of being the first woman to enter the Royal Rumble Match and the first and only woman to win the Intercontinental Championship. WWE extends its condolences to Laurer’s family, friends and fans.” (ET Online)
