Although he has been with the company for just a couple years, Swizzy pointed out how much progress they have already made.

“Yeah man, look what we’re doing. We came in, we saw, we conquered, we’re still working hard and I like it because a lot of people didn’t think we’d get to this level and we’re not even nowhere near where we’re going to be. We just keep being consistent and putting this hard work in. I’d say we’re in the top three right now. … It’s going to take a couple of chess moves [for everyone to buy into Reebok] but you have to start from the bottom and be willing to put that work in to get to these levels.” (VIBE)

When asked what people can expect from him at Reebok in the future, Swizzy promised the future is limitless.

“The unthinkable. One thing about our brand is we really mess with the culture. A lot of those brands don’t do that, they just have artists for their campaigns. We actually show love to artists outside of our campaigns. That’s what makes us a little bit different. What makes us a lot different than those other brands those are athletic brands–we can do more lifestyle things and have fun and explore the arts with Basquiat and this that and the third. We’ve got Keith Haring now, we can do what we want. Once the people start seeing this is really for the culture and we keep putting that heat out we’ll be alright.” (VIBE)

Maybach Music Group’s Rick Ross recently appeared at a Reebok Classic event in Nevada.

Earlier this week Reebok Classic flocked to Las Vegas’ Rain Nightclub for an after party following the Project Trade Show. FRENCH MONTANA took to the stage after rapper, TRAVIS SCOTT opened accompanied by SWIZZ BEATZ. RICK ROSS followed to perform the club banger, “Pop That,” with MONTANA and went on to spit several of his verses from his latest collabs like, JAY-Z’s “F***WithMeYouKnowIGotIt,” and “Stay Schemin’.”YMCB rapper, TYGA also hit the stage to perform his hits “Faded,” and “Rack City.” R&B crooner CHRIS BROWN closed out the show as he performed his new single featuring SEAN KINGSTON, “Beat it.” (Juicy Mag Online)

Despite reportedly losing up to $5 million from Reebok ditching him, Ross recently said he still rocked with the sneaker company and believed they could have another business arrangement later down the road.

“Well, you know, as far as me, man, I just still love wearing Reebok,” Ross revealed in an interview. “That’s just always been a vibe of mine and I’m still rocking with Reeboks. I feel like when the time presents itself, if it is meant to be, we’re going to make that announcement. The streets know and eveybody knows what the deal is. But other than that, I’m rocking Reeboks — I’m just doing my thing.” (“Los Angeles Leakers”)
