Aside from talking about what characteristics they both share, Mr. Graham revelaed his favorite Drizzy record.

“Yes very much so, and he tells me that himself. “Dad I am just like you, man, I can’t believe how much I’m just like you.” And he is. Some of the things that I said when I was his age; he says the same thing. I just shake my head. I can’t believe it. His mental thoughts, the way he acts and they way he teases, his laughter, everything. I just look at him and say, I can’t believe how much he’s like me. [Favorite Drake song?] My favorite one right now is “Hold On, We’re Going Home,” because I always tried to get him to do a song that he wrote called “Young and Restless.” He wrote a song a long time ago called “Young and Restless” and I always tried to get him to record it but he didn’t like it anymore so he wouldn’t do it. But this one sounds close to it. So it became my favorite.” (XXL Mag)

Dennis also discussed his son’s emphasis on revealing personal matters on records and whether or not Drizzy is ready for fatherhood.

“I don’t feel uncomfortable at all because I know the truth. We have talked about that and I know exactly what he’s doing and why he says some things that he does. But that’s personal; I can’t put it out there. … [Talked about fatherhood?] No we haven’t, [but] when it happens we will. He’s not ready for that right now. He’s having too much fun. He wasn’t born until I was 34. He’s got time.” (XXL Mag)

Recently, Drake opened up about having reserved feelings for his Memphis upbringing.

“I kind of refused to address my real thing that I have there, which is vast family,” said Drake, who addresses how success has put distance between himself and his Memphis kinfolk on “Too Much.” “It’s always going to be tough–it was tough during the video. You want to see everybody do well… Instead of running from it, I just embraced it and shot this incredible, beautiful video with my beautiful family and helped out as many people as I could while I was there. Now I can’t wait to go back.” (VIBE)

Unlike most music videos, Drizzy’s new “Worst Behavior” visual is just over ten minutes in length and features his father.

Drake’s Nothing Was the Same highlight “Worst Behaviour” now has a music video, which was shot in Memphis. It was directed by Drizzy himself along with Director X, who was also behind the immortal “HYFR” video. The 10-minute video opens with imagery from Willie Mitchell‘s Royal Studios (Drake is related to Mitchell). It features a cameo from Drake’s father, Dennis Graham, who lip-syncs the lyrics. Halfway through we get an extended, acted skit, featuring Juicy J and Project Pat and one of Drake’s Toronto pals from the “HYFR” video, who appears in an OVO owl suit. At the end, we get a snippet of what may be a forthcoming video for “From Time”. (Pitchfork)
