Detroit rapper Dej Loaf and Jacquees have everyone’s Valentine’s Day on point with their new, surprise F*ck A Friend Zone mixtape. The project’s getting plenty of attention especially from Loaf’s ex-boyfriend Lil Durk.

Once the new underground effort went viral, it appeared to spark a reaction from Durk.

Last month, Dej Loaf updated fans on her relationship with ex-boyfriend Lil Durk following their quiet split.

“I’m single. I’m not sure if that’s a rumor or not,” Dej said in an interview. “[On my new album,] I just speak from experience and different things. I try to relate to people. [Me and Lil Durk still friends?] Yeah, he just hit me up. That’s my guy.” (XXL Mag)

In December, buzz bubbled online about Durk and Dej calling it quits.

The news appeared to spark Cash Money protégé Jacquees’ immediate interest.
