Detroit rapper Danny Brown recently engaged in a Twitter Q&A with fans and revealed his preference for Kendrick Lamar‘s Section.80 album over the rap star’s latest two studio releases.
Asked to pick between K. Dot’s good kid, m.A.A.d city and To Pimp a Butterfly albums, Brown chose 2011’s Section.80.
Danny also revealed his favorite Kanye West solo albums during the Q&A.
Kanye announced his upcoming SWISH album’s tracklisting on Twitter early Monday (January 25).
Recently, G.O.O.D. Music affiliate Travi$ Scott talked about Kanye working on the new album.
“I feel like it’s going to be like a very good f*cking good album. This motherf*cker is going in on this album. That n*gga’s not sleeping. N*gga ain’t eating. Sh*t’s crazy. It’s lit. He’s just focusing on this album. He just really wants this album to be the illest so I’m just here to support that.” (Billboard)
A few days ago, G.O.O.D. Music president Pusha T spoke on the importance of getting out Ye’s solo album.
“Personally? Getting these albums out. I started with the prelude with Darkest Before Dawn. We gotta get this Ye album out. The rollout of that is very important. Sean is ready as well. And King Push is going to be coming very, very soon.” (STASHED)
I been telling people that for awhile now.
