DaBaby's Top 10 Songs

In 2020, it seems everything DaBaby touches turns to gold (or platinum). In April, the BET Award-winning and Grammy-nominated North Carolina native dropped his third studio album, Blame It on Baby, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Songs from that album — as well as songs from other artists in and outside of hip-hop featuring DaBaby — are dominating the charts as this year hits the home stretch. As in-demand as any rapper in the game, the 28-year-old DaBaby and his unique flow are racking up billions of streams, millions of video views, thousands of record sales, and hundreds of followers by the day.

DaBaby’s net worth is reportedly between $3-5 million, and he’s only getting bigger as the calendar heads toward 2021.

These are 10 of DaBaby’s most successful songs of 2020:

1. “Rockstar”

The biggest hit from Blame It on Baby, “Rockstar” features Roddy Ricch and is produced by SethInTheKitchen. The song spent seven weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart in the U.S. and also topped charts and earned platinum status across Canada, Europe and Australia. On Spotify, it’s been streamed more than 785 million times, rocketing toward the coveted billion-streams club. The zombie-themed video for “Rockstar” has almost 85 million views on DaBaby’s YouTube channel. You can bet that people who don’t even know who DaBaby is still know this song.

2. “Vibez”

The song was on DaBaby’s 2019 album Kirk, but the “Vibez” single was technically released in 2020 and peaked at No. 21 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart this year. The video alone (74 million views on DaBaby’s YouTube channel) would’ve generated a lot of attention even if fans had the song on mute. Imagine 2Pac’s “I Get Around” and Wrecks-N-Effect collaborating with a Southern twist and you get the “Vibez” video.

3. “Whats Poppin” (Jack Harlow feat. DaBaby, Tory Lanez + Lil Wayne)

Peaking at No. 2 on Billboard, “Whats Poppin” was a summertime smash hit whose popularity was aided by ESPN playing it over and over again on “SportsCenter.” DaBaby, Lil Wayne and Tory Lanez helped Jack Harlow put together the track, which went viral again after some creative teachers across the South rhymed over the beat in a series of back-to-school videos.

4. “For The Night” (Pop Smoke feat. Lil Baby + DaBaby)

The late Pop Smoke‘s posthumous album, Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon, debuted at No. 1 in July and regained the top spot in October. DaBaby has played a role in that success thanks to his guest appearance on “For The Night,” which peaked at No. 6 on Billboard.

5. “My Oh My” (Camila Cabello feat. DaBaby)

Cuban-American singer Camila Cabello‘s song “My Oh My” from her late-2019 album Romance has gone platinum in multiple countries, peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the U.S., been streamed over 300 million times on Spotify, and the vintage black-and-white video has been viewed over 73 million times on YouTube.

6. “Levitating” (Dua Lipa feat. DaBaby)

For further proof that DaBaby is global, look no further. That worldwide appeal led to English pop singer Dua Lipa enlisting the Charlotte rhyme-slayer to grace her song “Levitating,” which recently debuted and is rapidly moving up the Billboard charts. The video already has over 20 million YouTube views in just a few weeks since Dua Lipa dropped it on her YouTube channel.

7. “Bop”

While it actually came out in 2019, “Bop” is still generating listens and looks (and dollars) for DaBaby in 2020. It has over 370 million streams on Spotify, over 297 million views on YouTube, and it earned gold status in the U.S. and silver in England. “Bop” peaked at No. 11 on the U.S. Billboard chart and is the song that introduced a lot of unfamiliar, mainstream fans to da man known as DaBaby.

8. “Suge”

Probably his funniest video just for the costuming alone — DaBaby as a mailman, DaBaby as a muscled-up CEO — “Suge” has over 261 million views on DaBaby’s YouTube channel and counting. Released in 2019 but still going strong in 2020, the single went platinum in the U.S. and Canada.

9. “Goin Baby”

Another 2019 release that still has the juice in 2020, “Goin Baby” is another gold-certified single and another hilarious video that has collected over 43 million views on DaBaby’s channel.

10. “Find My Way”

The lead single of the Blame It on Baby album peaked at No. 22 on the Billboard chart this year and No. 5 on the U.S. Spotify chart, with a total of 56 million-plus streams. Going outside of the norm for DaBaby, “Find My Way” is an introspective, more mellow track aided by a Set it Off meets Bonnie & Clyde-style video co-starring B. Simone.
