Rapper Cordae just released his sophomore album From A Bird’s Eye View and he’s on a roll.
He made his Colors debut and wowed fans with his singing voice. ColorsxStudios is a YouTube music installment series where artists from around the world perform in a minimalist room where the floor and walls are covered in a single color.
Cordae sang Chronicles, which features H.E.R. and Lil Durk, showing off his great singing voice sans autotune. He received praises on his Instagram post where he shared a clip of his performance.
Morray, Polo G, Snoh Aalegra, and Michael B. Jordan all left supportive comments.
The Maryland-born rapper recently posted a teaser on Instagram with H.E.R. and Lil Durk on the set of the music video for Chronicles.
Cordae announced that he will be going on tour to promote his latest album release. According to his IG post, he will be backed by a live band. The tour will start February 3 in Dallas and end March 19 in Sacramento.
His girlfriend, Naomi Osaka, had recently congratulated him for his album release with a message on Twitter. Cordae had earlier done a freestyle over Kodak Black’s “Super Gremlin ahead of his album launch.
