Florida police have made another arrest in the murder of XXXTentacion. New reports claim a second suspect connected to the June slaying is now in police custody.

According to reports, a 22-year-old Sunshine State resident had an arrest warrant yesterday (July 10) issued for him.

Michael Boatwright, 22, was the one of the two suspects who approached the rapper, whose real name was Jahseh Onfroy, and shot him when he was leaving the Riva Motorsports shop in Deerfield Beach, north of Miami on June 18, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office said. The suspect was first arrested on drug-related charges on July 5 and served with an arrest warrant on Tuesday for first-degree murder while being held at Broward Sheriff’s Office Main Jail, the sheriff’s office said. As we reported … the Broward County Sheriff’s Office also identified 22-year-old Robert Allen as a person of interest in connection with the killing of the 20-year-old rapper. Cops had said Allen was on surveillance video at the motorcycle shop in Pompano Beach where XXX was shopping before he was brutally gunned down. Allen is still wanted. The arrest comes a few weeks after Dedrick D. Williams was arrested and booked for first-degree murder. (TMZ)
