[With the recent release of a decked-out Drawn Together: The Complete Collection DVD, the show’s creators Dave Jeser and Matt Silverstein imagine what the hilarious cartoon would be like in 2017.]

It’s heartbreaking for us that Drawn Together didn’t have more seasons and we would love for it to come back.

That’s the reason why we’re always so self-deprecating when we talk about Drawn Together because it’s us just expressing our true heartbreak that one of our babies didn’t make it.

But if we could resurrect it like [Stephen King’s] Pet Sematary and turn those animals into creatures, we would love to bring it back.

So if anyone watches the DVDs or reads this and has a good connection at a streaming place like Netflix, we would love to do it again.

With all of the interviews we do, everyone brings up shows like “South Park” and “Family Guy” and “The Simpsons” and all of those shows are still on TV.

Take a look at reality TV, “Big Brother” is still on the air. These people all still have jobs.

Everybody is doing great except for us. So of course we want to do the show again, we need the work!

If we could bring back Drawn Together, we might consider doing a Celebrity Drawn Together. We’d probably just mix and match characters because some of the actors we don’t have contact with anymore.

We love Cree Summers who did the voice of Foxy Love and then we’d get a bunch of new characters and try to get at least one celebrity Drawn Together character.

I think it would be great to see a new kind of animated character that the kids today enjoy.

There have been so many cartoons that have been on and off the air that could be skewed for the show.

We don’t want to dream too big because it might never happen.
