Iconic news publication CNN is catching some heat. The global network made a major mistake when it announced R&B singer Faith Evans and Notorious B.I.G.‘s upcoming The King & I album.
Instead of name-dropping Evans, CNN called the album a Faith Hill and B.I.G. release.
Shortly after the blip, CNN corrected itself with a revised Twitter post.
It didn’t take long before the Internet flexed its trolling ways.
Barring any changes, fans can look forward to the new album arriving this spring.
On Friday (Jan. 3), the album went up for pre-order on iTunes with a release date set for May 19. The 25-song track list is also now available, with guest appearances by Biggie’s mother (Voletta Wallace), The LOX, Lil’ Kim, Lil’ Cease, Busta Rhymes, 112 and Kevin McCall. (Miss Info TV)
Last year, Faith teased fans about the status of her upcoming project.
