R&B singer Christina Milian has revealed she is going to show fans how her relationship with Young Money boss Lil Wayne ended in an upcoming “Christina Milian Turned Up” broadcast.
According to Milian, she expects to shed a few tears when the episode airs.
“I’m sure I’ll be crying as I watch myself cry,” Christina told E! News exclusively last week. “Reliving it, it’s like a roller coaster and at the end of the day I feel like most of my girlfriends, or anybody who has a long-lasting relationship, nothing is perfect and sometimes they last and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes you just gotta let go of things and let them happen. It’s a lot of live and learn.” (E! Online)
Christina also talked about her state of mind since the summer split.
“Right now I’m just enjoying working. I’m in my zone when it comes to work. I focus on our family, on our kids,” she revealed to us the other day. “I think it will take a little bit of time before I start getting into the dating scene.” (E! Online)
Recently, Milian talked about keeping a close-knit relationship with Wayne despite their split last summer.
“I literally was just texting him a little while ago,” she reveals on Monday’s episode of “The Meredith Vieira Show.” “We are still texting each other, checking up on each other. … We shot a video, we were perfectly fine, the chemistry was still there, it’s not gone at all. We are grown-ups about it.” (Page Six)
Wayne and Milian quietly broke up in August.
A source confirms to ET that Milian has called it quits with Lil Wayne after about one year of dating. The pair broke up in late August. The former couple was first linked in July 2014, but it was just a few short months ago that Milian began gushing about her beau in interviews. (ET)
