Christina Milian Reveals What Advice She Gave Karrueche Tran After Chris Brown Split

Young Money’s Christina Milian recently talked about her longtime pal Karrueche Tran‘s publicized breakup from R&B stud Chris Brown and revealed what advice she dished out.

According to Milian, she told Tran to not look back and to move forward with her life.

“My advice to Karrueche was to move on, enjoy yourself, it’s summertime. At the end of the day, if it doesn’t make you happy then, you know… Tomorrow is not promised. So I think that’s probably the best advice I could give her. She knows what she wants to do for herself. I think that’s important, to be rooted in what you know and have your own information and deal with it how you need to.” (Global Grind)

Last week, vixen Amber Rose, who recently reunited with estranged husband Wiz Khalifa following a publicized split, posted up a shot of herself alongside Karrueche and Milian onto Instagram Friday (April 10).

Brown has reportedly reached out to Tran multiple times via phone calls and social media these past few weeks.

We’re told he’s blowing up her phone and her friend’s phones, but she’s radio silent with him. He’s been so frustrated he’s turned to social media, complimenting her for all to see. He likes photos she posts and when Karrueche posted the pic below he wrote, “Keep killing it kiddo.” But nothing’s worked and he’s depressed. But hope springs eternal, and Chris is telling his friends he’s not going to date anyone else and is confident Karrueche will come back to him. (TMZ)

Brown has been spotted on social media reaching out to Tran over the past week.

In her sit-down with interviewer Iyanla Vanzant for the Oprah Winfrey Network last month, Tran talked about feeling betrayed by Chris Brown.

“I feel hurt because the man I loved betrayed me. I will never again let a man disrespect me. I want my voice to be heard – I want to clear it up and tell my story and tell my side,” Tran said. “I saw a different side of Chris that not everybody sees. Although he’s done whatever he’s done, he’s a good-hearted person. He’s a big kid with a big heart that’s been through some things.” (OWN)
