[With summer officially here, Connecticut’s own Chris Webby talks to SOHH about what daily essentials make up his life.]

I’m a simple man. I’m a regular guy at the end of the day.

I need to have my cell phone. In this line of work, you’re pretty much useless without it and not being able to do social networking. I just stay on top of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and now SnapChat, plus my e-mails and being able to text people. Without my cell phone, I’m pretty much out of the f*cking game.

That’s one of the things I need.

A big jug of water for hydration is something I need. Especially when you’re on tour, hydration is key. That’s all I can say. You gotta be hydrated out there and feeling good.

Adderall. It is what it is. I’ve been on Adderall since I was a kid. I only take a small dosage but it’s part of my daily things. I used to have super bad ADD and without it, I just can’t get a latch on all the crazy things in my head sometimes.

That’s another one.

Sunglasses. 100 percent. I am not a morning person and if I have to wake up after a show, I need my sunglasses on. I need to be in my own little world and that is just a fact.

I’m a sneaker guy. I need comfortable shoes. Just like comfortable clothing. When you gotta get up and travel in the morning, I’m far less concerned about how I look as long as I’m comfortable. I need sweatpants, comfortable shoes and shirts.

There’s a time and place for everything.

Magnums are very important as well. I try to keep things as good vibes. I’m not running around trying to f*ck but when I am running around hollering at your chick, it’s important to have protection in general. If you don’t have rubbers on the road, you could get yourself in a lot of f*cking trouble.

When you’re bouncing from city to city, it’s different than when you’re home and these are girls you know. If you don’t know them personally, you know someone who knows them and can give the co-sign. On the road, you just don’t f*cking know. I’d be inclined to turn down [an opportunity] if I can’t get a read on this chick and I’m not trying to [take a chance].

I lost my iPod so I’ve put all my beats on my laptop. That’s key because I used to be a pen and paper guy but for the time being, I’ve been playing beats on my laptop and headphones to listen to the music.
