R&B singer Chris Brown‘s ex-girlfriend Nia Guzman is reportedly taking legal action to protect their one-year old daughter Royalty.
According to reports, Guzman has asked a judge to force someone to be around Chris Breezy when he has Royalty around.
We’re told Nia Guzman just filed the legal docs for supervised visitation. Chris has filed his own docs to establish paternity so he can fight for joint custody, but so far the judge has not ruled. We’re told Guzman wants full custody because she thinks Chris is simply too irresponsible to care for a kid on his own and she believes he and his friends all have substance abuse issues. He thinks it’s all just a ploy to get more child support. (TMZ)
Brown spoke out on his care for their kid via an Instagram post in early July.

Chris Breezy posted up handfuls of pictures of himself and Royalty at Disneyland a couple months ago.
Talking to radio personality Big Boy recently, Breezy stressed the impact of Royalty on his life.
“Absolutely,” Brown said when asked if Royalty takes his heart. “I think my main focus, now, is just on music, but my daughter first. So when it comes to, thank-you, so when it comes to being able to perform and do this [it’s great].” (iHeartRadio)

It would be interesting if judges would ask the mothers, “so did you feel he had substance abuse issues before the child was conceived? Did you feel he had anger issues prior? Did you feel he was too irresponsible before you decided to have a child with”?… So who really is the irresponsible one? sometimes this shhhh could be so simple.
