1. Stop The Crime

Does violence ever solve anything? Even more seriously, is murder a legitimate answer to any problems there might be in the world? World famous tattoo artist Trigz lost his life this week. TMZ has the info:

Trigz — a famous tattoo artist who has worked with the likes of Chris Brown — was shot and killed in broad daylight Thursday.

According to police, Trigz got into a verbal altercation with a man outside Black Derby Smoke Shop in North Hollywood. Police say the man (described as a Hispanic male) then shot Trigz and took off … leaving Trigz to die on the scene.

According to his Model Mayhem profile, Trigz worked on music videos for the likes of Mobb Deep, Travis Barker, Wiz Khalifa and Tyga. (TMZ)

2. Live W/ Regrets

DMX has had a wild life thus far. He’s seen stardom and has lost it all. He’s lived in mansions and in jail cells. He’s had beautiful women and kids and fallen into child support woes. But does X regret anything? LoHod via The Urban Daily has the info:

“I don’t have any regrets. I wouldn’t take back any of it,” he said in an interview with The Urban Daily. “Things might not have worked out the way I wanted but, they worked out the way they should.” “See…what you have to understand is, the things you don’t know are sometimes more important than the things you do know,” the controversial star continued. “So you can’t regret how it all goes down, because if it went down any other way, the things you needed to know, might become the things you never got a chance to learn.” (LoHud)

In all fairness, X has returned to music-making and stayed out of jail. But did it really take all of those mistakes for him to get onto the right path? #SOHHWhatchaThink?

3. Will’s Back!

It feels like forever since we watched a new Will Smith movie. Could the great Will Smith be back to movie-making? Variety has the clip:

Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for the con artist pic “Focus,” starring Will Smith and Margot Robbie. Glenn Ficarra and John Requa wrote and directed the film. The movie follows a veteran grifter who takes a young, attractive woman under his wing, but matters get complicated when they become romantically involved. “Focus” bows Feb. 27, 2015. (Variety)

Is this going to be a blockbuster at theaters? Can we expect to see Will Smith run the Hollywood scene again? #SOHHWhatchaThink?

That about wraps it up for today. This is SOHH On The Spot giving you the morning scoop from your favorite gossip sites.
