R&B singer Chris Brown wants fans and critics alike to cool down. The crooner has stepped forward to address speculation about possibly hurting a woman in Miami who looks eerily similar to ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
Chris Breezy’s legal muscle issued a statement this week addressing the now-viral paparazzi pic and denied anything more than playfulness taking place.
Chris and a bunch of people were partying at a home he was renting during the Ultra Festival. The photos were taken at 9 AM Monday. In a few photos … Chris has his right hand around a woman’s throat. Although the woman looks like she’s in distress in a few pics, she and Chris insist it’s horseplay. In other photos you see the woman smiling as Chris touches her neck. Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ, “She’s a friend. It’s obviously playful as she confirmed. Whoever invaded their privacy will be held accountable.” (TMZ)
Earlier this week, Chris appeared to co-sign Karrueche chasing relationship goals with rumored new boyfriend Victor Cruz.
In December, speculation developed about KT and VC low-key dating.
The 2 were spotted holding hands in Hollywood Friday on their way to lunch with a friend … and they definitely look like they’re enjoying each other’s company. Karrueche and Victor were allegedly seen together on a movie date around Thanksgiving, but this is the first official PDA. (TMZ Sports)
