Rap veteran Chingy believes the government might be the first suspect in the Nipsey Hussle slaying. The hip-hop artist has shared his issues with theories suggesting the rapper had his life taken away by federal authorities.

Chingy went to Instagram last night and suggested Hussle’s work on a documentary centered on herbal healer Dr. Sebi ultimately forced the rapper’s fate.

Immediately following his death, social media erupted with conspiracy theories.

Last year, buzz developed about Nipsey focusing on Dr. Sebi’s death and government’s possible aim to stop him from coming up with a cure for AIDS.

Back in late 80’s, Dr. Sebi gained recognition for allegedly proving he had cured multiple patients from fatal diseases.

The myth of Dr. Sebi grew stronger in 1988 after the self-taught herbalist ran ads in the Amsterdam News, the Village Voice and the New York Post noting that “AIDS has been cured.” The story goes that the New York State attorney general and New York City Department of Consumer Affairs told Dr. Sebi to remove the ads; he refused and was arrested. The charges leveled against him included practicing medicine without a license, selling products not approved by the Food and Drug Administration, and fraudulently claiming that he could cure AIDS and other diseases. The judge asked Dr. Sebi to bring in one patient who could testify that he had cured him or her of these potentially fatal diseases. He reportedly provided 70 patients and won the case. (The Root)
