Details of Chief’s latest legal woes surfaced online late Wednesday (November 6).

Teen rapper Chief Keef, who has been in and out of jail multiple times this year, was ordered into a 90-day residential drug treatment program after failing two drug tests, the Cook County sheriff’s office said Wednesday. The 18-year-old, whose real name is Keith Cozart, appeared before a judge in Skokie Wednesday and was being transferred to the Cook County Jail Wednesday afternoon. (DNA Info)

Keef won’t have time to lay down new records with a 90-day drug treatment sentence on deck.

He will likely spend at least one night in jail before being transferred to Haymarket Center, a residential drug treatment facility where he must complete a 90-day sentence, the sheriff’s office said. “In court Finna go to Jail Judge Wants to send me Back,” the rapper tweeted at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday after appearing at the Skokie Courthouse. “Judge Putting me Back in jail See y’all later” (DNA Info)

Chief was released from a jail stint a few weeks ago.

After just nine days in the Cook County Jail for failing a required drug test, the rapper known as Chief Keef was released Wednesday morning. Keith Cozart, 18, walked out of the jail at 8:55 a.m., according to Cook County Sheriff’s office spokeswoman Sophia Ansari. He had been in jail since Oct. 15, when he was ordered to jail for 20 days after testing positing for marijuana. Cozart received one day’s credit from the sentencing judge. The sheriff’s office confirmed he received another 10 days credit but could not provide further details. (Chicago Sun-Times)

The rapper made sure to jump onto his Instagram and Twitter pages to inform the world of his return.

“Almigh! http://instagram.com/p/f0Hmp6yQY3/,” he tweeted October 23 with words which read “I’m back b*tch” followed by various emoticons.

“I used to love Wayne #RidinNp ???????? http://instagram.com/p/f0ONOGyQRx/” (Chief Keef’s Twitter)

Recent reports revealed Keef’s previous bid stemmed from failing a drug test.

Chief Keef turned himself in to Cook County authorities today after testing positive for marijuana … and was sentenced to serve 20 days in jail. Keef — real name Keith Cozart — was ordered to undergo random drug testing as part of his probation, stemming from a speeding ticket he got back in May in Chicago, when cops clocked him going 110mph in a 55mph zone. Keef pled guilty to the ticket, but apparently didn’t hold up his end of the no-drugs bargain … so now he’s stuck behind bars. FYI, it’s unlikely Keef will serve all 20 days … we’re told the rapper expects to get out by tomorrow due to overcrowding. Calls to his reps weren’t returned. (TMZ)
