Chance The Rapper is on Twitter teasing new music and it sounds like fans are in for a strong return.
The rapper retweeted a short video by rapper Vic Mensa titled “The Return” and featuring a short clip of Vic in front of the board playing the new song. Mensa tweeted, “I think we got one” and Chance replied with “The Return” and hyped up the new song with fire emojis.
The two have been working together and recently reunited in the motherland and took some heartwarming pictures. Vic Mensa, who has visited Ghana several times and has familial roots there, arrived in December and welcomed Chance for the new year.
Chance was featured on a song recently that a lot of his fans highly appreciated. The song, “ACAB” by Supa Bwe and featuring Redveil, has one of Chance’s best new verses. His Twitter followers were quick to show their love for the verse and pushed Chance to do more music like it.
Chance has been on a bit of a decline since 2019’s “The Big Day” album which received very negative reviews. During his time away from music, the rapper has been involved in local politics, fighting for the Illinois state prison parole laws and making Ben and Jerry’s ice cream flavors.
