Chance x Change

After catching major backlash for his voting comments on Tuesday, Chance tweeted out a message realizing what his words had done. After Crews chimed in, Chance cringed in a response to him.

High-Key Details

In an effort to make amends, Chance clarified his desire for Black reparations and prison reform. G.O.O.D. Music singer and longtime Kanye West friend John Legend sent him love as well.

“Love to you, my brother. Let’s keep fighting for all of this. Presidential politics is very unsatisfying when you’re trying to push for radical change and they’re trying to put together a majority coalition. Either way, let’s keep fighting for it.” – John Legend

Wait, There’s More

Following that, Chance dissed Crews and admitted it might not be too realistic to see Kanye in office.

“Ok sprinting down the hill now: I understand the improbability of Ye winning the 46th Presidential seat and I understand that everyone voting for Biden isn’t necessarily doing so enthusiastically. I am for black liberation and do not accept my recent endorsement from Terry Crews”

Before You Go

In his original tweets, Chance announced he’d vote for Kanye over other presidential candidates Joe Biden and Donald Trump. He defended ‘Ye and clarified there weren’t any better options.

“And yall out here tryna convince me to vote for Biden. Smfh … Everything I seen been more on the #anyonebutKanye side, but I understand the only vote for who I think can win politics … Why tho? Is there a better choice?”
