NBA free agent Carmelo Anthony isn’t letting his current career crunch keep him from living his best life. The basketball veteran went to social media this week with an uplifting message to his fans.
Melo hopped on Instagram Friday (December 21) to let followers know he’s all smiles this holiday season.
This week, reports emerged about Anthony and estranged wife La La Anthony getting back together after nearly two years apart.
La La Anthony and Carmelo Anthony are giving their relationship another try nearly two years after their split, sources confirm to Us Weekly. “La La and Carmelo have recently reconciled and they truly still love one another,” an insider close to the Power star, 36, tells Us. “It’s so obvious when they’re together.” The source, who confirms that the pair are officially back together, also points out that their son, 11-year-old Kiyan, factored into the reconciliation: “They also both want what’s best for their son and are committed to being a family.” (Us Weekly)
Last Valentine’s Day, Melo hinted at things possibly working out with La La.
Despite announcing their separation in April, Carmelo Anthony is still thinking of wife La La on Valentine’s Day. The NBA star, 33, shared a selfie with La La on the holiday of love to his social media pages with the caption, “*** MINE FOREVER!!! HAPPY VALENTINES DAY to MY WIFE @lala” (People)
A few months ago, La La shut down the idea of pursuing a divorce from Carmelo.
So funny how people say the broke up and are back together. In a marriage their are no break ups it’s just something we going through God going to carry us throght it.. Having a girlfriend or boyfriend there are breakups. So happy that the both of them fought and prayed for their marriage. Hopefully people understand the true meaning of marriage .
