New York rapper Cardi B might have the best seats in the house when her overnight bestie Demi Lovato pulls up at the Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight this Saturday. New reports claim the pop star is set to sing the national anthem.

According to reports, Demi is going to officially get things in motion moments before McGregor and Mayweather make boxing history.

Demi Lovato has signed on to sing the national anthem at the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight on August 26 … Showtime has confirmed. Lovato is a HUUUUGE fight fan. She’s not only a regular at UFC fights, but also trains MMA at Jay Glazer’s gym in Los Angeles. She also just released her new single, “Sorry Not Sorry,” last month — so the timing is great for her. Over the past few days, Demi has gushed over Cardi B’s infectious “Bodak Yellow” smash hit.

Music mogul Diddy and actor Mark Wahlberg have both promoted the upcoming bout.

Last week, buzz developed about a few confirmed celebrities set to attend this Saturday’s pay-per-view fight.

Earlier this month, the Internet showed no mercy on McGregor with a viral trolling clip.
