New York rapper Cardi B really just did it on ’em. The hip-hop diva has surprisingly switched up her look for tonight’s MTV Video Music Awards show.
Cardi went to Instagram Monday (August 20) night to show off a low-cut hairstyle.
Over the past hour, pics have surfaced of Cardi’s revamped look on the award show’s red carpet.

According to reports, B is pulling through for tonight’s show but isn’t expected to perform.
Sources connected to the production tell us Cardi will in fact open the VMAs Monday as has been announced, but she won’t be rockin’ the mic for MTV. We’re told she will either do a monologue or partake in some sort of skit instead. Many speculated the show would mark Cardi’s first musical performance since giving birth to baby Kulture … but it just ain’t happening. (TMZ)
