Rap rookie Cardi B is keeping the attention on her. The hip-hop artist has acknowledged some support shot her way courtesy of music veteran Missy Elliott.
Cardi went to Instagram Wednesday (August 2) to show off Missy’s appreciation to getting name-checked by her.
Earlier in the week, Cardi sparked headlines after getting spotted on a double date with rappers Offset, 21 Savage and Amber Rose at a strip club.

A few days ago, reports surfaced on how much Offset spent on Cardi’s must-see new chain.
TMZ has learned the Migos rapper dropped 6 bands on his girl’s new chain, which is blanketed in diamonds … right down to the digits. Cardi wanted something original so she handled the design and had him replicate her ILY hand gesture. Dip the whole thing in 20 karats of diamonds, plus 15 more karats on the chain and BAM! (TMZ)
