New York rapper Cardi B can’t help but stay in the headlines these days – for better or worse. New buzz has developed over the hip-hop diva getting targeted in a $5 million lawsuit.
According to reports, plaintiff Kevin Brophy is taking legal action against Cardi for using his image in a sexual manner without permission for her 2016 Gangsta B*tch Music Vol. 1 mixtape cover art.
Kevin Brophy says the image is 100% him, but he only found out about it when a friend said how crazy is it that you’re “cunnilinging [sic] this rapper called Cardi B.”
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the artwork made for a seriously awkward moment when Brophy’s pre-K son asked what Daddy was doing in the picture, and who’s that girl? Brophy says his son keeps bringing it up, too. (TMZ)
No stranger to speaking her mind, Cardi recently rallied up support for strippers.

Earlier in the week, Cardi and recently reunited boyfriend Offset sparked headlines after making it rain in a strip club.
Last weekend, Cardi went to Twitter to address her brief Offset split.
