New York rapper Cardi B needs some answers. The hip-hop diva has reacted to learning her new “The Ring” video came out without getting any type of head’s up.
Cardi went to Instagram Monday (August 20) to let loose a little steam about the video low-key premiered online.
“I’m a little pissed because I woke up this morning, I got on Instagram like, ‘What’s going on today?’ And when I get on Instagram, I see ‘The Ring’ video came out and you know, I’m happy for the response that it’s getting but it’s just like. I didn’t even get to see final edits for the video. I didn’t even know it was supposed to even come out today. D*mn. Y’all should have let me know so I could have announced it, promoted it, sh*t. Let my fans know. Sh*t. I don’t even know, I haven’t even gone to YouTube. I don’t know if it’s on YouTube to go and look at. But f*ck it, you know what I’m saying? I hope y’all enjoy it, I guess. Thank-you! ‘The Ring’ video is out with Kehlani. Motherf*ckers. Sneaky motherf*ckers. Who did that? It was those Russians! Those d*mn Russians that helped Trump. I knew it! I knew it is!”

A few hours ago, the Kehlani-featured video premiered to the masses.
B is expected to pull through in a few hours at tonight’s MTV Video Music Awards ceremony.
Sources connected to the production tell us Cardi will in fact open the VMAs Monday as has been announced, but she won’t be rockin’ the mic for MTV. We’re told she will either do a monologue or partake in some sort of skit instead. Many speculated the show would mark Cardi’s first musical performance since giving birth to baby Kulture … but it just ain’t happening. (TMZ)
Last week, Cardi confirmed her presence at the popular televised show.
Meh, she not as big as Beyonce. Her hype is dying
