Undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.‘s unbeaten streak continues into May after winning his publicized bout with Manny Pacquiao Saturday (May 2).

May weather took down his rival this weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Unbeaten Floyd Mayweather defeated Manny Pacquiao by a unanimous decision in their welterweight world championship unification bout Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Mayweather won the World Boxing Organization’s title and retained the World Boxing Association and World Boxing Council belts. The bout went the full 12 rounds. Mayweather is 48-0 with 26 knockouts. Pacquiao is 57-6-2 with 38 knockouts. (CNN)

Along with picking Money Mayweather to win, G-Unit head 50 Cent offered a few tips for Floyd’s rival this week>.

“Floyd don’t know how to lose,” Fif said in an interview. “I’m sure the fight’s gonna start around one [in the morning] – they’re gonna put the pressure on him to come right across the ring at him and then Floyd can fight in the pocket, he just doesn’t force himself into if he doesn’t have to. They’re gonna find that out quick. It could get messy if [Manny] thinks it’s okay to come in there out of control, he might get that [Juan Manuel] Marquez. Don’t expect [Floyd] to run. They think he’s just gonna run from him but we’re gonna establish right away that you shouldn’t think that.” (“First Take”)

According to reports, Fif performed Friday (May 1) night in Sin City.

Club sources tell TMZ … the rapper is getting half-a-million bucks Friday night for throwing down rhymes at Drai’s. Fact is, 50 may be hedging his bets. You may recall … he’s put $1.6 mil on the line, betting Floyd Mayweather will put Manny Pacquiao in his place. And we’re told he also made a deal with Effen Vodka to make around $500k for a show 2 weeks later at Pool After Dark in Atlantic City. (TMZ)

Last week, 50 revealed his issues with Mayweather tended to stem from minor arguments and misunderstandings.

“We’ve been good. My younger brother happens to be the best fighter in the world. He can make $200 million in 36 minutes. How do you tell him what to do? You don’t,” 50 said in an interview. “Sometimes he’s not right. You’ll tell him, ‘You’re not right.’ Because everyone else is codependent, he can’t agree with you. Then you have that argument until he starts to look at it and goes, ‘Alright. He was right.’” (MTV)

  3. Mayweather was too quick for him like I’ve been saying every time this silliness that Pacquaio could beat him came up. Mayweather is older than him, has more rounds fought, and still is way quicker. It would have been worse had it happened before, and that injury excuse after the fight was embarrasssing.

    • Before the fight, he was talking crazy ish
      After the fight
I hurt my shoulder, couldn’t train for 2 weeks:( lmao

      • I know. Dude from the Las Vegas board or whatever was like I ain’t never heard of this until like a couple of hours before the fight while Bob Arum and Freddie Roach were out there lying talking about they gave them MRIs and all this stuff. It was pathetic. People still whining about this, especially the people complaining because Floyd won’t stand there and get hit but rather is quick enough to dodge punches, sound stupid.
