Music mogul Diddy's ex-girlfriend Kim Porter is reportedly dead at 47. New reports claim the actress and model was found lifeless at her California home.
According to reports, Puff Daddy’s former love of 13 years might have died Thursday (November 15) from a medical complication.
Kim Porter, the model and actress who dated Diddy for 13 years, was found dead Thursday at her L.A. area home … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell us they got a call to Porter’s Toluca Lake home around noon. According to emergency dispatch audio the call came in as a patient in cardiac arrest. A source connected to Kim tells us she’d been suffering flu-like symptoms, and possibly pneumonia, for several weeks, but it’s still unclear what exactly caused her death. Another source says Kim had contacted her doctor just yesterday complaining she wasn’t feeling any better. (TMZ)
Puff’s representative has confirmed the tragic and unexpected passing.
“Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter,” the musician’s rep tells Us in a statement. “I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.” LAPD Officer Jeff Lee also tells Us: “I can confirm that there is an investigation underway in the 10300 block of Woodbridge. That call came out at 11:38 this morning. And there is a female deceased at the scene. We are sending our homicide detectives over there to find out whether or not foul play was involved.” (Us Weekly)
Kim and Diddy’s relationship dates back to the 1990s.
Porter and Diddy began dating in the mid-1990s and their relationship ended for good in 2007. They had three children — Jessie James, D’Lila, and Christian — together. Porter also had a son, Quincy, from her relationship with R&B crooner Al B. Sure. (Page Six)
