Details of the dicey situation sprouted online Thursday (April 25).

Trouble is brewing for Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper Layzie Bone … the alleged baby mama kind. The married father has been named in a paternity suit claiming he’s the father of a one-and-a-half-year-old child … and the mom — not his wife — is escalating her fight for child support. (TMZ)

To make matters worse, Layzie can now be declared the child’s father since he has yet to respond to the claim.

The woman making the claim tells TMZ she followed up as recently as this week on her October filing. It’s been WAY more than 30 days — and Layzie never formally responded — so by default the court can now declare him the father, even without a paternity test. No comment from Layzie … but if he thinks he can just wait this one out, bad idea … the court charges interest on all unpaid child support installments. Kids are expensive … whether you claim them or not. (TMZ)

According to reports, Layzie has been with his wife for over 15 years.

Layzie Bone is currently married to Felecia Lindsey-Howse. He has been in two celebrity relationships averaging approximately 10.3 years each. His two marriages have averaged 4.0 years each. He broke up from LaTonya Howse in the late 1990’s and started a relationship with Felecia Lindsey-Howse lasting through today. (Famous Hook-Ups)

Over the winter, Atlanta rap star Future took a DNA test and discovered he is the father of a 10-year-old son.

Early in January, Future settled a case between him and Jessica Smith who claimed he knocked her up in 2001. The 27-year-old took a DNA test and the result confirmed that Smith’s 10-year-old son was really his son. He was then ordered to provide $1,662 per month for child support and pay $889 for the cost of the DNA test. (Ace Showbiz)
