Safaree recently talked about his “Love The Most” song sparking issues with ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj.

“It’s a two-way street, you know,” Safaree said when asked about the cheating allegation. “I’m not perfect. Nobody’s perfect. … No female is going to want it to change outside of that. If you come and play the back, ain’t no female is going to be comfortable [coming forward] – I couldn’t be happier. I didn’t put the song out [as a diss], it’s not a diss, it’s just me explaining where I’m coming from – it’s definitely not [a diss track]. It’s one song. I had a whole album written about me.” (TMZ)

In the song’s initial 48 hours since dropping, Safaree had reminded fans he was an independent artist despite “Love The Most” sparking global attention.
