Vixen Blac Chyna‘s lawyer Walter Mosley is trusting the process. The celebrity attorney has come forward to explain why they haven’t rushed a police investigation into the leak of an unauthorized sex tape release.
According to Mosley, action will happen this week however due to the situation’s publicity they are patiently waiting things out.
Chyna’s attorney Walter Mosley told Page Six on Tuesday that because it’s a “high-profile case,” they had to schedule an appointment with an LAPD detective from the “proper unit” in order to file a report. Page Six has learned that her appointment would be with the robbery-homicide unit, as that’s the division that deals with sexual assaults. “There are a lot of different agencies that are involved in this and it’s a high-profile matter, too,” Mosley said of the delay. “It will be done this week.” (Page Six)
This week, Mosley went to Instagram to speak on Chyna’s horrific situation.

Yesterday, Chyna’s ex-boyfriend Mechie came forward and revealed he is the mystery man in the x-rated clip.
A rep for Mechie tells TMZ … the explicit video showing a naked Chyna performing oral sex was shot back in July. We’re told Mechie was the one who recorded the encounter, but it was all captured using Chyna’s phone. His rep says Mechie never had his own copy of the video, so he has no clue how it got out. Our sources say Mechie plans to go to cops, and wants the leaker found and prosecuted. We’re told he and Chyna have not talked since their split in August. (TMZ)
Shortly after the footage went viral, hip-hop star Lil Uzi Vert reached out to Chyna.
