Vixen Blac Chyna isn’t trying to get more famous courtesy of a leaked sex tape. New reports claim the model wants everyone to know despite recording a now-infamous bedroom routine on her phone she did ‘not’ put it out herself.
According to the latest update on the sex tape nightmare, Chyna did not mastermind the x-rated footage’s release.
Sources close to Chyna tell TMZ the scene was shot on her cellphone last July, but insists she showed it to absolutely no one. We’re told the phone was not stolen and there’s no obvious evidence it was hacked. No photos or videos from her phone have been leaked, other than the sex tape. Mechie says after he shot the vid on Chyna’s phone, he gave it back to her, and never got a copy of the video. (TMZ)
This week, Chyna attorney Walter Mosley explained why they hadn’t yet filed a police report on the sex tape crime.
Chyna’s attorney Walter Mosley told Page Six on Tuesday that because it’s a “high-profile case,” they had to schedule an appointment with an LAPD detective from the “proper unit” in order to file a report. Page Six has learned that her appointment would be with the robbery-homicide unit, as that’s the division that deals with sexual assaults. “There are a lot of different agencies that are involved in this and it’s a high-profile matter, too,” Mosley said of the delay. “It will be done this week.” (Page Six)
A couple days ago, Mosley went to Instagram to speak on Chyna’s horrific situation.

Shortly after the footage went viral, hip-hop star Lil Uzi Vert reached out to Chyna.
