Hollywood legend Bill Cosby reportedly has one less legal problem to worry about as a former model has fallen back on a civil lawsuit against him.

According to reports, model Chloe Goins is not going to pursue action against the famed actor.

Chloe Goins, the former model who alleged Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her at a Playboy Mansion party in 2008 has abandoned her civil lawsuit against the comedian, PEOPLE confirms. About a month ago, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office declined to file criminal charges in the case. (EW)

Recently, Goins released a diss song aimed at Mr. Cosby.

The L.A. County D.A. rejected Chloe Goins’ case last week, saying Cosby had an alibi, plus the statute of limitations had run out. An angry Goins decided to fire back at Cos by getting in the studio with a producer in Southern Cal … according to the Daily Mail. “Bill Cosby: Diss Record” starts off … “Hey Bill, I guess you think you’re pretty slick. Making sure you drugged us, thinking that we would forget ya. But we didn’t, and now everybody knows.” (TMZ)

A few days prior, Mr. Cosby caught a huge break related to a couple of sexual assault accusations.

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has ruled that too much time passed to prosecute Cosby for assaulting a woman who claims she was 17 in 1965 when the disgraced funnyman “forced her to have sexual intercourse” at a home in the Hollywood Hills, according to records obtained Wednesday by NBC News. The alleged attack came after Cosby plied the teenager with liquor at a Hollywood jazz club, the DA’s charge evaluation worksheet states. (NBC News)
