G.O.O.D. Music’s Big Sean may have the last laugh following a publicized burglary at his California home last month.
According to reports, the criminals left a note to Sean explaining how he could receive his stolen belongings.
TMZ has learned the thieves left a clue. We’re told the burglars left a note on the scene with an email address telling him to contact them if he wanted his stuff back. The only problem? … when cops tried to trace the account, they came up with nothing. Our source says the case was been given to a special unit within the LAPD to try and track down the crooks. (TMZ)
Initial reports on Sean losing over $100,000 in jewelry and unreleased music bubbled online last week.
We’re told burglars broke into his home in the Valley and made a beeline for the safe, where they grabbed around $150k in jewelry. Sean also had some unpublished music in the mini-vault, which was also stolen. We’re told Sean and his people believe it was an inside job … they think the thieves knew Sean was in Dubai and had a clear layout of the house. (TMZ)
A week prior, Sean treated football fans to his “One Man Can Change the World” and “Blessings” songs with a live performance at his Detroit Lions’ Ford Field.
As he walked out signing “One Man Can Change the World,” Sean was joined by some adorable kids that tromped behind him and made for a touching entrance! Donning a slick black Detroit Lions jacket, Big Sean completely owned the stage while busting out some epic raps. In the middle of his performance, Sean expressed his excitement for his hometown appearance as he has grown up watching the annual Thanksgiving game. (Hollywood Life)
