G.O.O.D. Music’s Big Sean is doubling up this holiday weekend. The hip-hop star has delivered a must-hear new “Momma” anthem in celebration of his mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day.

Sean Don went to Instagram Friday (May 11) to announce his new Fat Joe and Dre-featured collaboration.

Hours before turning 3-0, Sean shared a public message about what he learned in his 20’s.

“I’m turning 30 and I don’t regret anything I’ve ever been through in my life. But if there is something I feel I could have done better and better moving forward – and this is for the people that need to hear it – it’s taking better care of myself, dog. Taking better care of my mental because I get caught up in trying to be that boss and take care of everyone around me. Take care of my family. Take care of my crew. Everybody. I put myself last but I realize if I would have treated myself, if I would have taken a little bit better care of myself, I would have been more efficient with what I was doing and brought my best self to the table. … I got problems internalizing a lot – one of my homies shot himself in the head last week and did some other horrific things I don’t want to talk about but nobody knew what he was going through.”
