Grammy-winning rapper Eminem has social media buzzing after coming through for Drake. The self-proclaimed “Rap God” hit Drizzy’s Summer Sixteen Tour Detroit stage last night (August 16).
Slim Shady shocked local fans after hitting the stage for Drizzy’s “Forever” performance.
Recently, Chicago’s Montana of 300 said he would help Drake pen a diss song aimed at Eminem.
Prior to Montana’s comment, New York radio station Hot 97’s Ebro Darden admitted he joked about a beef brewing between Drake and Em.
It was such a joke and people ran with it… Slow news day. Drake got too much respect for all that… https://t.co/fzq1WnwRbb

Drizzy went to Instagram earlier this month to downplay the now-defunct rumor’s authenticity.
A few weeks ago, Ebro claimed Drake would be ready to engage in a battle with Slim Shady if any verbal jabs are thrown his way.
“I told Drake that the rumor was that Eminem was gonna gear up to come after him. He laughed. He was like, ‘That’s not gonna happen. He’d never do that and if he did, I’ve got something for him too.’” (Hot 97)
I think a young MC like Drake has too much respect for Em to ever …. You guys are buggin!
