Vixen Amber Rose is low-key showing her support for people weighing-in on a publicized dispute with ex-husband Wiz Khalifa‘s mom.
Screenshots have surfaced of Rose co-signing people clowning Wiz’s mom for going at her with a $50,000 lawsuit.
This week, a report surfaced about Wiz’s mom Katie Wimbush-Polk going at Rose in a defamation lawsuit stemming from when her friend Danesa Lectic’s niece answered a profanity-laced mid-June call.
Letic’s 5-year-old niece actually answered the call, and the suit alleges Levonchuck immediately “launched into a profane attack.” The niece gave the phone to her aunt, who eventually was able to identify herself. According to the suit, even after knowing she was speaking with a third party, the caller alleged Wimbush-Polk had allowed her own child, Dorien, to die and she was unfit to visit or care for Levonchuck’s and Khalifa’s 4-year-old son, Sebastian. Khalifa’s mom wants Rose to cough up big bucks for a slew of damages caused from the call’s aftermath.
In the suit, filed July 3, Wimbush-Polk claimed Levonchuck’s statements were malicious, “tended to harm” her reputation, lowered her in the estimation of the community or deterred others from associating or dealing with her, and disputes the claim she had let Dorien Thomaz die caused her to be humiliated and suffer severe mental anguish. Wimbush-Polk asked for damages of more than $50,000, including court costs, interest, punitive and other damages. (Observer-Reporter)
Last month, Wiz Khalifa reacted to buzz about Rose dating rapper 21 Savage.
“Hopefully before the end of the summer, thank-you for asking, man,” Wiz said when asked when his next album is coming out. “He’s a good guy, he’s a good kid, everything I know about him. Yeah.” (TMZ)
