Model Amber Rose recently talked about her relationship with Kanye West and credited the rap star for saving her life.
Despite being known as West’s girlfriend, Rose said she does not view herself as a celebrity.
“Honestly, Kanye saved my life, and I don’t even think about what I would have been. I just think about what I’m going be,'” she said in an interview. “I don’t look at myself as [a celebrity]. I’m just a dope chick from South Philly! I mean, it’s crazy when fans come up to me and cry and just want a hug from me.'” (Monsters & Critics)
Earlier this year, reports claimed that Rose had signed a confidentiality agreement with West.
Sources are saying that Kanye West has signed a multi-million dollar contract with ex-girlfriend Amber Rose to “silence” her from speaking about his personal life. She reportedly agreed to never reveal any details about the rapper in return for cash. An insider says, “It’s pretty common to have ‘silence’ agreements amongst entertainers. I heard that Amber’s getting seven figures to keep her lips closed.” Hmm, we wonder why Kanye is shelling out so much to keep Amber’s mouth closed. What does he have to hide?? (Perez Hilton)
Initial speculation grew after a tweet from Rap-Up Magazine last month.
“Kanye has the gag order on Amber Rose. She just told us she doesn’t do interviews. But she was still cool about it.” (Rap-Up’s Twitter)
West and Rose helped feed the homeless during the 2009 Christmas holiday.
“The day after Christmas, Amber, my cousin Ricky, and I went to feed the homeless at the LA Mission,” West wrote Monday (January 4). “It was really humbling and emotional for us. I wanna thankMari Ronquillo and the LA Mission for allowing me to participate.” (Kanye West’s Blog)
