Amazon Music honors rapper/actress Queen Latifah with a short film titled Generational Queens. The film will highlight Latifah’s 1993 hit, “U.N.I.T.Y.,”  which turns 30 this year.

Generational Queens dropped on March 30 and featured an all-Black female cast centering around Latifah’s “U.N.I.T.Y.,” which is labeled as a respect-demanding feminist anthem. The iconic song turns 30 this year.

The film also captures the journey of music discovery and shows that hip-hop fandom starts at home.
