According to reports, Mr. West will place his next solo effort into McCartney’s hands.

According to Ibn Jasper, Kanye’s close friend and barber of almost 20 years, Paul will co-produce the entirety of the album, so we’re likely to hear a good deal of those tracks Ty was talking about. Ibn also cleared up the confusion over whether the just-released “FourFiveSeconds” was now a Rihanna song or would be saved for Yeezy’s album. The answer is both, as the Roc Nation-signed artists will each put the song on the final tracklist of their respective releases. (HNHH)

A few weeks ago, actor Seth Rogen dished out details about Mr. West inviting him and his wife into a limousine van to treat them to a live performance of his next album.

“It was one of the most surreal experiences of my entire life,” Rogen explained in an interview with media mogul Howard Stern. “We had just come out with the ‘Bound 3’ parody video about three months earlier — I heard someone behind me go, ‘Yo!’ and it was Kanye West. … He’s always been incredibly f*cking cool to me and he’s a big comedy fan — he was like, ‘You want to hear some of my new sh*t now?’ I was like, ‘Yeah!’ … He’s like, ‘This is my new album, I’m still working on it, it’s not going to come out for awhile. This is still an unreleased album. It hasn’t come out yet and he starts clicking through the tracks and there’s no lyrics. It’s just the beats and the hook so he literally just stands up and starts rapping the whole [album]. He’s standing and jumping around! … We were like this is the greatest f*cking thing that’s happened.” (“The Howard Stern Show”)

Recently, Rogen revealed Mr. West performed the mystery LP for him.

Shortly after his and James Franco‘s parody of the rapper’s “Bound 2” video – “Bound 3,” in which the actor played the role of topless Kim Kardashian – West cornered Rogen at a New York hotel and invited him to his limo van for a listening session with a twist. “There’s no lyrics, only beats,” Rogen said. “So he raps the whole album, and after each song, he stops it, like, ‘So what do you think?’ We were in the van for two hours!” (Rolling Stone)

G.O.O.D. Music’s Malik Yusef recently said the untitled LP was taking shape.

Yusef would not divulge any titles (“Your favorite title may not even make it on the album”), but says that West has “20 finished songs.” The musician claims that recording with West this time around has been smoother than Yeezus. “We fought over Yeezus every day,” he says, laughing. “There was no friendly disagreements. It was definitely a war. It’s ‘I don’t give a f*ck, Malik. It’s a Kanye album, not a Malik Yusef album.’ Kanye’s kicked me off the label eight times.” (Rolling Stone)
