[After a massive sellout of its signature Marvel x Five Four Club collection this spring, Five Four Club head Andres Izquieta talks to SOHH about the launch and what’s up next.]
It was great, we sold out of our collection so that’s always a good thing with new members and current members. I think it was a really big thing for the brand too because we were able to partner up with one of the biggest brands in the world and really tell their story and show how it fits with Five Four and the Five Four style.
I think overall it was a huge win-win for both of us.

In this day and age, [seeing results,] it’s a combination of everything whether it’s member feedback through e-mail, member feedback through social, and also, you can just tell – you have this gut feeling just based on the reaction of people that they’re pretty overtaken by, “Wow, this is the coolest thing we’ve ever done.”
We’re working on something for 2016 that is a little different. We’re trying to launch the concept in the fall for 2016. It’s never been done with Marvel.
We’ll see how it pans out.
