According to reports, there is buzz about Yeezy taking center stage in 2016.
VMA sources tell TMZ … MTV was thrilled with Kanye’s 12-minute diatribe, despite the fact he brutally trashed the network and awards shows in general. As it was put to us, Kanye hosting next year is “on the table.” After all, who woulda thunk Miley? Here’s how much MTV loved it … we’re told they only allotted him 2 minutes, but people in the control room were told to stand down, because it was crazy entertaining. (TMZ)
Chicago’s Chance the Rapper bashed this year’s host Miley Cyrus over her on-screen presence on social media last night (August 30).
Miley’s wardrobe during the live awards show also sparked attention from critics.
There were skits about how she acts out on Instagram thanks to her “Instagram Think Tank” and one about her with her grandma, rapper Snoop Dogg and some marijuana brownies. Cyrus made liberal use of the tape delay, as she cursed all she wanted, and her fashion throughout the evening defied description. (CNN)
