According to reports, Turk has sued Birdman for over $1 million.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Turk claims Birdman and Cash Money have done some shady accounting and kept the info on his real earnings under wraps … and he wants his money. Looks like Turk and Weezy had a chat because Turk says the label broke its deal with him — and just like LW … he’s demanding a judge hand over rights to all of his music. Turk wants the court to void his contract and give him at least $1.3 million in damages. (TMZ)

Check out what Turk said to SOHH about Lil Wayne’s Cash Money woes on the next page…

Earlier this week, Turk talked to SOHH about rap star Lil Wayne‘s issues with Cash Money.

“It is what it is, we don’t want no problems. We just want our money. That’s just the bottom line. It’s overdue. We’re all grownups and that’s what it’s about. [Lil] Wayne feels the same way. It’s all old news to me [with Wayne’s Cash Money problems]. It’s kind of like, yeah, it was just about when. It happened from the time when we left. When we left, people thought it was a publicity stunt then. You gotta sit back and see how it all turns out.” (SOHH)

On his “CoCo” freestyle, Weezy F. Baby describes his loyalty to Cash Money amid labelmates leaving throughout the mid-2000’s.

“Who kept this sh*t together? N*gga, me, that’s who. Who was there when n*ggas left? N*gga, me, that’s who / Cash Money is an army, I’m a one man army / And if them n*ggas comin’ for me, I’m goin’ out like Tony …”Now I don’t want no problems, I just want my money – Birdman Jr., more like Ugly Duckling.” (“CoCo” Freestyle)

A few weeks ago, rap veteran Master P addressed whether or not Wayne could possibly land at No Limit Records

“This is definitely historical,” Master P said in an interview when asked if Wayne could find himself doing more work with him. “We never did nothing [like this,] it’s No Limit 24 anniversary. So we call it No Limit 24k. Anything is possible but Wayne is making good music. I rapped on his record, he rapped on my ‘Power’ record and we’re going to build a relationship. From here, wherever it go – it’s all official over here.” (“Sway In The Morning”)
